About Us
Our main campus facility is located in Placerville, just off Highway 50, near Red Hawk Resort + Casino. Our facility has a variety of diverse departments including Acupuncture, Behavioral Health, Children’s Behavioral Health, Chiropractic, Dental and Orthodontics, Medical and Pediatrics, Physical Therapy, Podiatry, and an in-house pharmacy. In addition, we have a satellite location in Cameron Park that provides essential behavioral health services to children and families. Our patients range from our Tribal Members, to other Natives, and the greater community.

Dental Residency
Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Program
Located between Sacramento and South Lake Tahoe, the Shingle Springs Health & Wellness Center AEGD Program provides advanced training in comprehensive general dentistry within a community-based healthcare setting.
Residents gain hands-on experience with dental implants, Invisalign®, orthodontics, nitrous oxide sedation, and restorative dentistry while utilizing modern technologies such as digital scanning, digital radiography, diode lasers, and intraoral imaging.
Work alongside experienced faculty dentists and a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
