Behavioral Health

Mental health and emotional issues can affect your daily life. Our Behavioral Health team of psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers collaborate to support health for the mind, body and spirit with comprehensive care programs for children and adults.

Our Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program is an outpatient clinic for people struggling with addictions. Medical professionals work closely with patients to assess their needs and prescribe medication options that manage cravings and withdrawal symptoms, leading them to a path of recovery. Counseling is provided to encourage and motivate patients toward success.

Call or text to access trained crisis counselors who can help individuals who are experiencing suicidal, substance use, and/or mental health crisis, or kinds of emotional distress.

Children's Behavioral Health

The Health Board is excited to announce the newly opened off campus facility focused on Children’s Behavioral Health. Health Board Chair Stephanie Cuellar said, “There is a significant demand for these services in the Tribal community and in the community at large. This practice offers services to children and families; treating issues such as depression and anxiety, grief and trauma, social and behavioral concerns, autism, intellectual disabilities and more.”

Dental Services

Dental health is an important aspect of your overall health. We offer a complete range of services for the whole family, from routine check-ups to more specialized treatments such as dental implant placement and restorations.

Children as young as 6 months old should begin biannual dental visits.

Orthodontic Services

Our skilled orthodontists utilize a variety of techniques, including braces, retainers, and the revolutionary Invisalign system, to address dental issues and enhance not only oral health but also self-confidence.

Family Medicine healthcare providers care for patients of all ages. Our goal is to build lasting relationships with our patients and preventative care, chronic condition management, and seamless access to primary care, specialty care, pediatrics, and pharmacy services. PEDIATRICS

We are excited to announce we are expanding our Pediatric services at our main campus!

Pediatric care begins at birth and lasts through adulthood so it is important to find a healthcare team who is caring, knowledgeable, and offers support and resources for many years. Our knowledgeable pediatric team provides services to assist patients and their families through their medical journey. We offer fundamental preventative services such as immunizations and well-child care, to healthy developmental services and treatment for chronic illness or injury.

Pharmacy Services

Our in-house pharmacy fills prescriptions for established Shingle Springs Health & Wellness patients. The Pharmacy is located in our clinic and is open weekdays from 9am - 5 pm.

Drug Take Back Program

Deposit expired or unused prescription drugs anonymously in the bright green receptacle in our waiting room. No sharps or inhalers.
